Aviation Medication Transparency Act of 2025

This bill requires the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to create and publish a list of medications that pilots and air traffic controllers are allowed to take while still being approved to do their jobs. The list must be updated every year, posted on the FAA's website, and given to people applying for a pilot's license and medical certification. Right now, the FAA does not have a list of approved medications, though it does have lists of medications that prevent someone from flying or getting certified.
