TREY'S Law

This bill, called TREY'S Law, says that agreements requiring people to keep quiet about the sexual abuse of a minor cannot be enforced. This means that victims or anyone else cannot be legally forced to stay silent about facts related to the sexual abuse of a child. The rule applies to agreements made before or after the bill becomes law. It also overrides any state laws that would allow these secrecy agreements to be enforced.
