Affordable Insulin Now Act of 2026

This bill limits how much people with private health insurance have to pay for insulin to no more than $35 per month, or 25% of the plan's price, whichever amount is lower, starting in 2027. It also sets up a program for people who don't have insurance, where the government would work with pharmacies and health care providers to make sure those individuals also pay no more than $35 for a month's supply of insulin, with the government covering the rest of the cost.
