Small Business Wildfire Smoke Recovery Act

This bill would make it so that smoke from wildfires counts as a disaster under federal rules. This change would allow small businesses, small farming cooperatives, and most private nonprofit organizations to apply for special government loans designed to help them recover from the financial harm caused by the smoke.
