Export Control Enforcement and Enhancement Act

This bill speeds up the process for changing the Entity List, which is a government list of people and organizations that may threaten U.S. national security or foreign policy. It lets any member of a special review committee propose adding or removing names from the list and requires the full committee to vote on those proposals generally within 30 days. The bill also says that if someone on the list applies for permission to receive certain controlled items, that request should generally be denied.
