National Plan for Epilepsy Act

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to create a national plan focused on preventing, diagnosing, treating, and curing epilepsy. It also sets up an advisory council that must report to Congress every two years on how well federal efforts related to epilepsy are working. HHS would need to coordinate research and services across federal agencies and send Congress a yearly report with recommended next steps. These requirements would end on December 31, 2035.
