Ensuring Kids Have Access to Medically Necessary Dental Care Act

This bill changes the rules for children's dental coverage under the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). It stops CHIP from putting yearly or lifetime caps on how much dental care a child can receive. It also requires every state to offer dental-only coverage through CHIP to kids who already have other health insurance but would otherwise qualify for CHIP, which is something states can currently choose to do but are not required to do.
