Enhancing K–12 Cybersecurity Act

This bill creates new tools to help protect elementary and secondary schools from cyberattacks. It requires the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to set up a way to share tips, training, and best practices with schools to improve their cybersecurity. The bill also has CISA create a system to keep track of cyber incidents that affect school computer systems, which schools can choose to report to voluntarily. Finally, it requires CISA to start a program specifically focused on dealing with cybersecurity threats to school computer systems.
