Audit the Pentagon Act

This bill says that any part of the Department of Defense that fails to pass a clean financial audit must have its budget cut by 2%. That 2% cut would be spread evenly across all of that part's programs and projects. The money saved from these cuts would be sent to the U.S. Treasury to help reduce the national deficit.
