Improving CARE for Youth Act

This bill says that state Medicaid programs cannot refuse to cover primary care and mental health services just because a patient receives both types of care on the same day at the same location. This means that if someone on Medicaid visits a clinic and sees both a regular doctor and a mental health provider in one trip, the state must still pay for both visits.
