IHS Workforce Parity Act of 2025

This bill would let people who received scholarships or loan repayment help through Indian health programs meet their required service commitments by working half-time in clinical practice, instead of needing to work full-time. Currently, these programs require recipients to work in Indian health settings in exchange for their financial support, and this bill would give them the option of fulfilling that requirement with part-time work.
