A bill to require the Secretary of Agriculture to convey the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site to Gila County, Arizona.

This bill requires the Forest Service to give about 232.9 acres of land in the Tonto National Forest in Arizona to Gila County if the county asks for it in writing. The county must use the land to serve and support veterans, and if it stops using it for that purpose, the government can take the land back. The land would be given for free, but the county would have to pay for all costs involved in the transfer, including surveys, environmental reviews, and any historical preservation requirements.
