Rural Veterans Transportation to Care Act

This bill makes a VA program that helps veterans get rides to medical appointments bigger and permanent. It expands the program so veterans living in rural areas can get help, not just those in the most remote areas. It also lets county veterans service organizations and tribal organizations receive grants to help with transportation, and it raises the maximum grant amount to $60,000, or up to $80,000 if a vehicle needs to be purchased to meet disability access requirements.
