Hershel ‘Woody' Williams National Medal of Honor Monument Location Act

This bill says that a monument honoring Medal of Honor recipients must be placed in a special area of the National Mall in Washington, D.C. That area, called the Reserve, is the main cross-shaped stretch of land that runs from the Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial and from the White House to the Jefferson Memorial. The bill is named after Hershel "Woody" Williams, a Medal of Honor recipient.
