Alleviating Spaceport Traffic by Rewarding Operators Act of 2025

This bill lets the Department of Transportation create a test grant program that gives money to operators of space launch and landing sites. The grants can be used to build, fix, or improve roads and other transportation infrastructure at or near these sites, as long as the projects help move people or property safely and are generally open for use. The Department of Transportation can also provide additional matching grants to these site operators.
