No Tax Dollars for College Encampments Act of 2025

This bill says that colleges and universities that receive federal student aid money must report incidents of civil disturbance, such as demonstrations, riots, or strikes that disrupt the community and require action to keep people safe and prevent interruptions to learning. Each school would need to include in its yearly security report its policies for handling these situations, including how it works with state, local, and campus police. The bill also requires the organizations that officially approve colleges (called accrediting agencies) to check that schools are following these reporting rules.
