A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Review of Final Rule Reclassification of Major Sources as Area Sources Under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act".

This joint resolution would cancel an Environmental Protection Agency rule from September 2024. That rule said that facilities releasing certain long-lasting and harmful air pollutants must keep following stricter pollution standards under the Clean Air Act, even if those facilities get reclassified into a category that would normally have less strict rules.
