A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "Miles City Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment".

This resolution would cancel a decision made by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) about how public lands are managed in the Miles City area of Montana. The BLM's decision, issued on November 20, 2024, changed the land management plan so that none of the land in that area would be available for coal leasing, and about 1.7 million acres would be blocked from being considered for coal leasing in the future. If this resolution passes, that decision would be wiped out.
