This resolution allows the Senate to consider and vote on a group of nominations all at once, rather than one by one. The nominations include people picked to serve as officers in several federal agencies, including the Departments of Defense, Energy, the Interior, and Labor. It also includes nominations for U.S. ambassadors to Argentina, Greece, Liechtenstein, and Sweden.
