A resolution amending the Standing Rules of the Senate to authorize the Majority Leader to move to proceed to the en bloc consideration of certain nominations.

This resolution lets the Senate consider up to 10 nominations for most federal government positions at the same time, using a single proposal to bring them to the floor for debate and a vote. However, some higher-level nominations still have to be handled one at a time, including Cabinet members, certain top executive branch officials, appeals court judges, and Supreme Court Justices.
