National Park System Long-Term Lease Investment Act

This bill lets the National Park Service extend long-term leases on federal property inside national parks without going through a competitive bidding process. To qualify, the person or group renting the property must have had their lease for at least five years, must be following all the rules of their current lease, and the National Park Service must decide that extending the lease is in the best interest of managing that park.
