Gateway Partnership Act

This bill allows the National Park Service to make a one-time deal with a private group called the Gateway Arch Park Foundation to hold private events at the Gateway Arch National Park in St. Louis, Missouri, for up to five years. Any private events must fit the park's purpose and cannot block the public from using the park or damage it in any way. The National Park Service would charge fees to cover costs like maintenance, security, and wear and tear caused by these events. This permission to make the deal ends seven years after the bill becomes law.
