Stop the Sexualization of Children Act

This bill would stop federal money for K-12 schools from being used on materials or programs that include sexually explicit content or content involving gender dysphoria or transgenderism for anyone under 18. It would also block these funds from being used for programs that expose children to nudity, stripping, or certain types of dancing. However, the bill would still allow funds to be used for standard science classes like biology and anatomy, texts from major world religions, classic works of literature or art, and programs that help students recognize and respond to sexual trafficking.
