Medicare Audiology Access Improvement Act of 2025

This bill changes Medicare so that it covers more services provided by audiologists, who are hearing specialists. Right now, some hearing-related diagnostic and treatment services are only covered by Medicare if a physician provides them, but this bill would allow those same services to be covered when an audiologist provides them instead. It also removes the requirement that a doctor has to refer the patient or supervise the audiologist for those services to be covered.
